Check your resistance. In unpatched verisions of the game (if you put on an item with magic barrier and remove it, I think) sertain bugs can set these VERY low (-3000000 or something like that, havn't experienced it, so I'm not shure). Checking them wouldn't be too hard. I think pathing the game should fix this, but I'm not shure if you can continue on your current savegame though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />. But then again, I'm not shure...
