Hi!

Is there a proper time to enter Stormfist?
I have already two invitations (from Alix and the Commander, I forgot his name) but when I meet Janus, he's not letting me leave the castle!
I haven't solved all the quests in the area.
So, I go there only if I solve all the remaining quests or it doesn't matter?

In principle it doesn't matter, however...

...when you eventually leave the castle, you directly are sent to Iona's dungeon, which is huge (and a tough one in the lower levels), so you better be level 25+.

Generally it is advised to do all Aleroth, Rivellon and Verdistis quests before entering the castle.

I would at least activate all of the teleporter’s via the teleporting scrolls before I would enter Stormfist Castle; in doing that you will make your life so much easier.

I would do everything/quest possible before going into Stormfist...
at least that's the way i did it second time around....

Will I be able to return to Rivellon or the castle is an one-way road to the main quest?

Do the quests Janus gives you, and you will get out of the castle and be able to continue any other quests. You only have to get through one level of Iona's dungeon after that (not counting the small starting level); the lower levels are optional.
You may want to keep doing the main plot quests, though, at least until you get your teleporter stones back (when you exit Iona's dungeon, you will get the next main plot quest).

You won't be able to get back into the castle though.
So think about what you do and take with you.

Actually, there are a couple ways to get past the guards back into the castle. <span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'>You can toss a teleporter stone into the courtyard, or simply run in and click inside immediately after the conversation with the guard ends (they will not be fast enough to stop you a second time).</span> (highlight the text to read)
