How can you say the flemish people don't try to speak french?
Take our good Lynn fi, how she posted in the french forum. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Lynn talks a very good french but she does not have the time to post in all the sections of the forum.
Drealmer of course posts a lot of messages in the french section.
However i am wondering if he posts some messages in the dutch section of the forum. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

And you can't really expect the tourist office in Oudenaarde to reply in another language than dutch.
I think they ware more than surprised to get a call from a none flemish person.

Oudenaarde is a very beautiful flemish town with a lot of ancient monuments.
This town desserves to be visited and that the people try to know some of its History.

I took a taxi to go to the Larian office and the young female driver was very surprised when i told her that a game developper, well known in the world, has its office in Oudenaarde. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

Apart from the known big cities and some other places tourism isn't important in Belgium. Don't compare it with France where tourism is one of the biggest sources of income for a lot of people.

Tourism could be more important in Belgium.
