I have few items with rune slots and have few runes also but when i try to drag&drop em into items - nothing happens..

Also i have the crystal bag and few crystals, but when i try to drag&drop crystals into the bag nothing happens too <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

In both cases you need to click on the equipped item / crystal bag to bring up another window, then (if necessary) move that window so it is not overlapping the inventory window, and finally drag and drop the rune / crystal into the equipment / crystal bag window.
You can swap crystals around whenever you want, but adding a rune (charm) to equipment is permanent.
