Ubereil, you are right. America is not the world, but it is happening in other
countries too but not near as much.
Also alot of times when people say something like 'Something is terribly wrong
with the world', they don't mean the entire world. They mean their world the
world around them. ( People in America could use the term world to mean America
which is their world) It is crazy, but words are used by alot of people who
know what they mean, but never think about whether others will understand them
or not.
Just like above, I used the word world. I didn't mean the entire world including
your country or anybody elses. I used it in my own terminology which is out
of context with how other people will understand it. In the way I used it I meant
the world around me, America. I never thought how it would be understood by others. I'm sorry.

I don't know about in your country, but around here there is no common sense
