In Belgium it's unknown. Most of my recipies come from freinds/ppl I know all over the world. And from tasting and trying in different countries.

Overhere we usely just slice the tomato and put it like that on the bread. After the mixture and cheese.
You can still sprinkle some more cheese over it after it comes out of the grill.
