If you double click on your character's portrait, does that help? A couple people have just had the screen focus move away from the characters in certain circumstances, and needed to re-centering the screen.
Do you have a save just before finishing the game? You could try the last fight again and re-enter the after game BF (maybe doing so with the patch installed will fix the problem entering the BF rifts).
