Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) General Is Divine Divinity free with ALL copies of BD?

I can't seem to find a definitive answer to this question, so I was hoping one of you guys would know.

I've seen stickers on some, but not all, boxes of Beyond Divinity that say "Divine Divinity included free". Is Divine Divinity packaged with ALL copies of Beyond Divinity, or just those select few with the sticker on it?

I want to get a copy with both included. I've found a cheap copy of BD, but it didn't have the sticker, and I wanted to make sure DD would be included.

Also, does it come with the manual for DD? Is the manual a PDF or hard copy?

It only comes in the ones with the sticker; sorry.
It is a PDF file, which you can download from hipgames.com also.

I also heard that Divine Divinity included a small novella I think... Is that included in the special package?

The novella is only avaiable at Best Buy, and in specially marked packages there, and it doesn't come with the free copy of DD. But you can get it and a cd for about 20 bucks or so? I can't remember the price anymore. From online, click on the flashy link at the top right of the forums.

Sorry, no. It doesn't come with <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> in most of the countries - apart from what the others here said.

If you actually find BD w/ the sticker saying "Free Copy of Divine Divinity inside", consider yourself like myself: LUCKY.

I found my copy of BD bundled w/ DD recently.

I got it at Eb GAMES in the first week in came out. So now I have 2 copies of DD! And I bought both of them, w00t. I keep thinking I should give one away, but then I go "what if i scratched my original!" So I keep two, wanting one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Is that really important to get free version of DD!?
I can say that DD is that cheap that it can be considered FREE. Although I live in Serbia where wages are totally pathetic... ie. ordinary wage here is about 150e, but copy of DD is about 7e... It is really cheap... Of course it is sale <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.

More importantly, DD may be fairly hard to find in many places, so tracking down a copy of BD that includes it may be easier than finding DD separately.

Uf.. In your countries maybe... When I saw Beyond Divinity in local magazine, I went to all shops and couldn't find the game... Divine was everywhere. Ok, I said, maybe I have to wait for some time... But I realised that our shops get not-so-popular games much later...
