Well, Do you think, alcohol is better than drugs, just because it's not illegal? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" />
On the other side, in Switzerland you have to be 16 to buy Beer or Wine and 18 for stronger stuff. Shops have to be careful or they could get punished e.g. lose their licence...
