[/color] German is quite heterogenous - not only are there a number of dialects (differing regional pronounciations - as you have in French also, n'est-ce pas?), but from Frisian in the north to Alemannic in the south, actually has related but different languages.
OH, and Lynx is not [color:"orange"]hot, spicy and poisoned[/color], but poisonous <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
