Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) General Lost Crystal Bag after installing patch

i just installed the most recent patch, and found out that my crystal bag that holds all my crystals is no longer in my inventory. My crystals are *still there*, but no bag!! Is this a known issue? Is there any other places to get the crystal bag besides Act I? If not, do you HAVE to have the bag in order to gain benefits from the Crystals?

This is not a known issue....

Have you checked (and scrolled down) in every part of your Hero and DK's inventory???

Sometimes items jump over to the Hero's inventory (mostly quest items). They can also hide out of direct view... but scrolling down should reveal them.

Have you checked that its not hiding underneath something else in your inventory? Move some items around and see if it doesnt appear from behind one...

THe crystal bag in act 1 is the only one in the game.

Yes, I double-checked again, and scrolled down on each inventory button. I seperated everything so they wouldn't be overlapped. Still no avail! It's completely gone. What's strange is that the crystals that I did have in the bag are still in my inventory, just no bag.
Argh! I hope I Don't have to start over just to get the bag...maybe I can someohow go all the way back to see if the bag is still near the pryamid in the maze? I am near Samuel's lair now, not even sure I can get back to that level...
Or maybe if I do a System Restore before I installed the patch, my current saved games should still be there...

In what act are you???

I can get the inventory item so that you can copy it into your saved game (i will explain this in full when i give you the file), but the bag is act specific, so in order for me to give you the right one, i need to know in which act you are <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Edit: I can only find one inventory file for the crystal bag... so i am hoping that i am wrong with my assumption that the crystal bag is act specific...
