What is the meaning of this thread?

And then you accuse people of having no sense of humour? You, who thinks calling somebody an idiot is funny?

No really! I am not pissed of, or annoyed, or had a bad day, but I'd suggest to be open-minded for once. This is not an insult but an observation.

I think it is to make people stop and think. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Or maybe to see how many people will post to it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Amazing and interesting.

In the past sometimes I have posted stories which seemed to me to be fairly interesting and received minimal response. This time I decided to make a thread which began with virtually no content and see what would happen.
Almost 50% of the people who read it posted.

Amazing and interesting.

You only wrote seven words, Cleg. I know from experience that the more you write, the less people read it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />.

Cleg, the stories u posted which u deemed as interesting were interesting but they were 'post stoppers' in the sense that once people read them, they had no comments (other than the usual interesting, i never thought of that, this is new etc) hence the no-response response. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

as for this thread, which starts virtually with nothing, has a lot to say; people have a lot in common with 'nothing' or no subject. as how ubereil observed initially, it seemed pointless but death perceived something in 'nothingness'.

in any case, it's thought provoking. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

Nothing is everything?

When you become nothing you will have everything?

Jurak - hmm it seems like some kind of audio editor with open source code. Have you checked it out? Uff, I was never deep in audio editing software. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

DATD good words <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

janggut I agree.
Giving information to the audience you make the audience take it and process it.
Giving no information you make a blackboard for everyone to write on it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/stupid.gif" alt="" />

It is like an empty bottle. If you will not fill it with water someone will instead. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" />

When did I accuse anyone for not haveing any sense of humour? And yes, I think calling somebody an idiot when he obviouslly isn't is funny, but just calling somebody an idiot is pretty pointless too. Don't know why, really. Could reflect over this for a wile I guess. But I won't...

And of corse I am not open-minded! I'm 17! I havn't learned that kind of thing yet.

And I can be happy about the fact that I was right. Please don't comment this. Then I'd just had to explain this. All the things I don't write, just note...

Edit about closeing: that's what I thought...

Guys, I'll close this thread. This is just stuffing up the forum.
It's ok to have General Chats, not game-related, but this is really going nowhere and plain spamming.
