No the latest patch didnt fix this...

Larian concentrated on getting all of the consistent and serious bugs sorted out. A couple of small ones (that very few people encounter in any case) and some of the intermittent ones were left.

There are very few people who encounter this, and normally this is only after a few hours of gameplay.
