I read one a few minutes ago that made me wanted to try something like this again.
It happened in Flanders, Belgium. So it's in Dutch:

(Belga) Een 33-jarige vrouw uit Boom heeft drie dagen in de waan verkeerd dat ze 50.000 euro met de Lotto gewonnen had. Dat melden Het Belang van Limburg en Gazet van Antwerpen dinsdag.
Vrijdag kreeg de vrouw van de Nationale Loterij bericht op haar voicemail dat ze dit bedrag gewonnen had. Maandag kreeg ze echter te horen dat er een vergissing in het spel was en dat de Nationale Loterij het verkeerde telefoonnummer had gebeld. (dwm)
Translation: National lottery makes wrong player happy
(Belga) A 33 year old woman from Boom (near Antwerp) lived for 3 days with the idea that she had won 50,000 euro (66,030 US $). The news was spread by "Het belang van Limburg" and "Gazet van Antwerpen" (both newspapers) on tuesday.
Last friday the woman recieved a message from the national lottery on her voicemail telling her she won that amount. On monday though, they told her it was a mistake. They had dialed the wrong number.
