That really sucks, them getting the lottery winner wrong.
One case here, a guy bought a Scratchie, an instant lottery ticket, and won something nice like AU$100,000 (US$70,000). When the newspapers asked him to do a reinactment for a photo, he scratched the ticket they gave him and exclaimed "I've won again!" He'd just won another $500!
