Actually, having a website, while ironic, makes sense. They acknowledge in the poster that the Internet is used too widely, so by confronting them on their own ground is likely to be the best way to reach them. Like good advertising, if you stumble across something that looks interesting, it might just sway you. Also, they are against the evils of the Internet. Their site isn't evil (or else they would post such a thing!) and will help dilute the evil that exists there.
