WinME !!!!!
As a faithful Windows user, even I refuse to use WinME!!!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />

The path should be the same for WinME:
Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Modem
And you already know you don't really need these tweaks if you have cable. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
Shoot even slow cable is faster than DSL. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
