If an islam religious leader dies, he might get metioned in the news here, but when the catholic pope dies... oh my! 24/7 newsflashes. No offence but this is rediculous, I'm atheïst and frankly I don't care about the pope dying, there are many great poeple, that have done so much for humanity but their death never came in the media... what about them? Why does the pope deserve so much airtime? I agree it has to be told, but not like this!
It's the same with some artists, they become great, come in the media then quit... years you don't hear a word about them till they die, I find that very morbid that media are only interested when poeple die. Or are very ill.
This is so bad that some "interesting" newsflashes are completly scrapped.
For all those who do feel connected with JP, my condolences for the loss of a leader, for those who don't my condolences for the loss of maybe more optemistic news if that exists.
