Hey, <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I was not saying since this is an RPG forum to role play on others. That was an analogy to bring across a point.
I was only saying that I’d rather look to the good someone has brought into my life then focus on the bad and I’d rather find out why they felt they had to lie to me rather than burn them at the stake.
Of course there are always exceptions to this case, come on people lets get real here, and not split hairs.
In my case, all anyone ever had to do to know more about me is simply PM me and I’ll answer almost any question you ask, but like Alrik there are certain things I just won’t talk about; just as there are things I’m sure you’d never talk about if asked.
My main point in my very first post was to get people off of their high horses.
No one and I mean no one can never in any way shape or form, say they have never lied or lie.
I am NOT talking about here at Larian specifically. I am talking about in general.
I am NOT defending lying.
I am pointing out the facts that...are we so innocent that no one can write our sins in the sand?
I have met and made some, what I feel to be, good friends here.
To me, if they are pretending to be someone else, I don’t care and if I found out they were pretending I still wouldn’t care.
They have been a friend to me when I needed a friend and to me that is all that matters.
I realize many others feel differently and I am not condoning lying.
My point is this, if you suspect something, then PM them and MAYBE you might find the answers you seek. True they may or may not be lying to you still, but here on the forum basically all you have is faith to go by since in 99% of the cases you’ll never meet them.
