Hey people. Another stupid technical question from Lews.

If a computer has websense on it, I know it's possible to use a proxy server to get around it, but I don't know how to do it. Can anyone explain it to me?

No, my computer does not have websense on it. I'm just intrested in knowing how to, and occasionally seeing sites at school that are blocked.

Actually, heh, no. Some sites that we actually need to use, don't work, so we get told
"oh, well, you had class time to do it, you have to do it for homework"
"um, it was blocked"
"oh well"

And it would be useful!

Plus I get A's already! I wouldn't even be using this, I just want to know how to! Sheesh.

No, it doesn't matter. Google doesn't help, and neither does anyone in rl I know. I never do stupid things <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> I'm more just mad at people in rl not telling. I mean, why would certain search engines be blocked, hmm?

Lews it wouldn't matter, because I'm sure your school has also blocked the change you'd need to do on their computers in order to use a proxy. You could do it directly through the URL address bar, but that soon becomes a serious pain.

Rofl! But no, no, not at school. But yes, the school has blocked the way in internet tools. I don't mind a pain through the url bar. Copy and paste stuff...

The difference between 4.5m and 4.5j is May and June.
June is the better one.
