as objective as we can/want to be in rating RPGs, we are very much subjective as well. for some Morrowind is just sublime, for others it's crap. for some BG series are super duper, for others it's overrated.

which is why i feel that my rating should be as subjective as possible to reflect my like/dislike. not which combat beat what or whose story bests which or whatever. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Nox - LOVE IT!. so what if it's simplistic? i had fun all the way plus Nox Quest!
Diablo2 - IT'S OK. felt like a Nox clone. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> it's nice but got boring real fast.
Fallout Tactics - LOVE IT! like what Plowie said, the BEST RPG combat experience. so what if it lacks RPG elements?
Divinity - LOVE IT! love the atmosphere. love everything about it. except bugs.
NWN series - NICE. feels sterile. got better in expansions.
Sacrifice - ALMOST LOVE IT! many say it's strategy but i feel it's RPG with strategy elements. u get to choose which god to side with & do battle with opposing gods. love the british humour & unique characters. too bad it's frustratingly hard to play & win.
Lionheart - HEARTBREAK. i love the character interactions & indications in dialogues but all the rest crumble to dust.
Freedom Force - LOVE IT! again many say it's strategy but u get to play as superheroes, with RPG elements such as character development, which is done very very well.
SW: KOTOR - VERY NICE. almost a lovable game but feels very linear. voice acting is one of the best.
Beyond Divinity - ALMOST LOVE IT! maybe my expectation after DD is too great hence a slight disappointment. still it doesn't mean this game is bad. unique & filled will myriads of choices in combat styles.
SW: KOTOR2 - LOVE IT! this is what KOTOR1 should be; with super voice acting, very engaging dialogues, choices that aren't good nor bad, just different. has better story than all of star wars saga combined.

after playing SW: KOTOR 2, i think i'm ready to play Blood Omen series. i feel the story is very unique & engaging. hey it's RPG as well! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
