Some german and austrian records labels are entirely dedicaced to it in europe.
this is entirely trans-genre as all what i've spoke about (except maybe Charlemagne Palestine... and yet).
Morsheeba... i really loved the only record i have (the second one, IIRC)... Never really been really listenning to other ones though.
DJ Shadow... I like it... Imo, he is just the most known of a number of people who had done real great things trying to make real music with "instrumental hip hop" though...
