There's supposed to be a cutscene? No cutscene triggers. I had look through all the postings on the billboard at the beginning of the act....do you think I should read them yet again? I don't appear to have the teleporter quest in my book, but I have already talked to the guy to get it and he told me to do it. When I go back and talk to him, judging by his dialog, he thinks I already have the quest....and I should. I am definitely lost on what could fix this...where exactly should the cutscene trigger? When I first saw the king it was shortly after a teleportation (he came from the west and fought the other elements with me). I have gone to the teleporter, of course it doesn't do anything until I have the gem from the king.
