First of all where is the kids cat?
The cat is in the cellar of the merchant guild.
To get the key of the cellar, first you have to join the merchant guild.
there is a locked room I cannot get into....I see chests in there & a red dot on my map indicating a enemy but I cannot enter....
You can't get into this locked room but you can get the things in the chests by using the telekinesy skill.
