It's funny.
Mexican food here in the States is really only common
in the bordering States next to Mexico.
You go to a State, say like Arkansas,
and they don't even have Enchilada Sauce in their stores;
unless you go to a specialty store.
But things like that are common on our store shelves.
That's one of the things I like so much about my State California
it's so multicultural you can buy almost any type of
ingredients to make almost any food recipe; worldwide.
