OP catty13 journeyman Joined: May 2005 Location: England	How do you get the picture on the sidebar of this forum next to your post. i went into edit details but what is a UR? Can you get images out of a folder on your desktop? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> Birds...scream at the top of their lungs every morning at daybreak to warn us all of the truth...but sadly we don't speak bird.

Stone veteran Joined: Nov 2003 Location: Germany, Mainz	The little Pics are so called "Avatars" and a way to get such a Avatar can you find here UR? i think you mean a URL that the adress of a webpage, or the adress where you can find (for exampel) an Avatar. And, no. you cant upload pics from your Desktop, but follow the link above, there are some links to Websites with Avatars where you can choose one. But now i checked the Url from you Avatar and see that you have the "http://" string twice in your Avatar URL.
