I can understand why some countries will and should vote NO on the EUC.
After reading the declarations it is clearly a help to some countries,
but it also poses possible problems for other countries.
Plus, I can see some country identity loss if it did pass.
I know this is a bit cliché, but it looks "New World Order" like to me.
