i read in Times (u know the political inclination of this magazine) that to resolve this, the governments should make the decision instead of letting the people to decide. that's a load of BS, i feel, as government should serve the people, not the other way round. i'm glad the dutch government is as wise as the french in deciding for referendums instead of parliamentary decision.
