Fun thing to do in divine divinity:
Face a mighty summoner, let his first, mighty creation become your slave. No matter its power, all you need is the first level of Aura of Command. Beats one level of banish.

How is this fun?
I had a dreadknight assistant most of the last dungeon.
He didn't make much a difference though, the gargoyles hardly ever took a hit from him. Or they didn't take (noteable) damage. But it was fun.

How else is this fun?
The Demon of Lies summoned an Overlord. I took the overlord, and the overlord started summonning dreadknights - for me! THAT was fun. Later, when the game failed to advance to the cutscene at the demon's death (his body was frozen in its last moment, and I was free to take my companion anywhere), we ravaged a bit more while I wondered why I couldn't do anything about the Lord of Chaos, lying there, and why the demon wouldn't go away.

I decided to try leaving the dungeon. I got out, and thought to myself. "Will the overlord follow me across the swamp? Will the swamp harm him? Will he follow me still in my ghost form?" I had not anticipated the result. The Overlord KILLED my ghost form. Because he was set to my allegiance, and my ghost form was set ghost. WOW!

But... Seriously. It seems a bit too powerful. At least against the mightier enemies. Polymorph too.

Maybe randomize success a bit?
That goes for all skills. Pickpocket NPCs up to level X. Maybe they should have a chance at spotting you?
