Does having 11 official languages qualify South Africa as Multi-racial????? (with about 50 languages in total, but most not official thank HEAVENS)

Afrikaans white people (boere) Your average english speaking white people Xhosa Zulu Sotho Setswana Indibele Koi-san Loads of Indians Loads of pakistanis...
And thats just half of my neighbours/....
