I guess it's because of my bad english but there is a misunderstanding.
My friends were americans and i lived with them and their children in Long Beach.
One evening during the summer the children were caught by the police because they were smoking on the beach.
The police took the children in jail and later they called the parents.
It was really awful for the children. They were only 15 or 16 years old.
