take this 2k fillet, cut it into nice size pieces, and set aside..... take 1 cup flour 1tsp salt 1tsp baking powder put it in a bowl and mix....... then,.... Add 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water
Even better when you use soda water (clubsoda) instead of water, makes the batter a lot lighter <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
