Good news!! The house that we wanted to buy is ours finally!! Now we can start making actual plans, do a garage sale so we could get rid of the stuff we don't need anymore and look for good sells for our new kitchen, bathroom and porch. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" /> Lots to do and we could use a money growing tree, anyone??
