Bad news: The new headphones (I got them for my birthday, didn't like them, so I changed back to my old ones, which now is broken beyond fixing, so I HAVE to use these. For now...) aren't good. They're uncomfortable and the sound sounds... muzzled, weakened. I simply need new ones .
More bad news: I've done my projectwork for a week and I'm allready tired of working with it... Though I can still read some interesting facts about computers, I can't read about what I am supposed to read about.
Yet more bad news: Winter has come to Sweden. I've got five months of despair to look forward to.
And finally: I've got a cold. I feel weak(er than normal ), a little fevery and my throat feels thin. I can't sing as usuall .
OK, I lied, this is the last one: I want a good RPG to divide my sparetime, I can't live on DotA only, and FIFA gets more and more annoying .

Otherwise, I feel good. No wait, I don't! I don't get enough sleep, and therefore school is falling behind (not by much, it's just not ahead). Bah, screw it!
Remembered some good news: Tomorrow I can sleep, because I start 10:40 .

Great! I hope it's as big time as all the efforts that you put in that project and even more.

@Stone
Is it worth it?

Good news: everyone in this thread is going fine!
News: This morning we had the first frost of the season; we had to scrape our cars' windshiedls for the first time of the many ones to come.
Bad news: not today.

Hi Lafille
You mean the Thumb Board for the Pocket PC?
I cant say it, becouse i have some trouble with the driver. If i start the driverapplication at the PPC the PPC hang up totaly and the only thing i can do is a hardwarereset.
The Board is good, not to big and you can hold it and write easy.
[Linked Image]

I think the Problem comes from the Driver CD wich was included. I can only fond the Drivers for PPCs and not for PalmOs, so maybe the CD is Damaged. I send a E-Mail to the Trader with the ask for Help. If i dont have an answer untill Monday evening i send the Board back. Maybe i try then the foldable Keybord from Thinkoutside.

But i have a new good New
I have got a new Handy, a Sony Ericsson W800i
With 2 Megapixcam and Autofocus, Walkmanfunktion and a included 512 MB Memory Stick Duo

Yeah, apart from needing new headphones, being tired of my project work, winter being here (I hate Swedish winter...), haveing a cold and haveing sleepingproblems I'm doing fine! Isn't that GREAT?!?

BTW Stone, news is uncountable, so you can't say "I have a good new". You have to say "I have a good piece of news" . Good thing to know for anyone. And I don't blame you, you're from germany! Everyone knows Germans are idiots, so it's not your fault really.

Yeah ... By the way, it's "Swede", not "Swedish" .

Thank you all for your wishes. I love you all.

Dragh
Your wish came true, I was a realy brave warrior down there, I was at the front all the time and finally I got what I wanted. During and after the gig. Thank you so much for the support. I am terribly happy.

I still don't speak latin (ie I don't know what it means).

And I don't know why I should say I'm sorry to Stone (unless you mean my smartass remarks about German pepole being idiots (we all know that's true... Not true I mean , it's obviouslly not true )). And I hope no one takes me serous when I say something like that.

Bad news : I've spend the entire day playing DotA. I was allways on the team that had the by far whorst heroes, and I've spend the entire day getting killed as soon as I do any minor mistake (in the end of the games, leaveing the fountain is a mistake). I'm tired, totally pissed and I've got a headache. If I could only find a decent RPG so I could stop playing these freaken allrandom games where I end up with a total whimp of a hero and the opponents ends up with heroes who can kill me by looking at me (this has happened for every game but one for the last three days, I don't get it).

I also don't speak latin but it's easy to understand reading the previous posts that it means something like "what i said has been demonstrated or has been proved."

And it's true.
It's why it is funny.

Yes, the thumb keyboard. I begin to think about my Christmas shopping.
For the driver problem, you should check on the company's website; they quite all have a downloads section in which you can find tools for incompatibilities, versions, etc. I never tried thumb boards; I would have checked more on foldable keyboards instead, I think. I have seen a fabric keyboard that you can easily use & carry, as well as a tool that was projecting a keybord image on any flat surface and that was detecting fingers movement with an infrared detection device; these two were interesting, but I can't find about them anywhere anymore.

You're in a good enough position to have headphones, games, etc., you have people that care for you, people who gave you birthday gifts, you have projects & things to do, winter still exists, you have enough leisure time to get bored, you're alive and in good health (it's not a cold that will prevent you from being functional; and it'll soon be over)... it's not all dark and beyond hope.

The cold will last for months probablly . It usually release it's hold sometime in aprill.

And all the things I could be happy about just makes that absence of happiness more unbareable ...

Dear Übs,
The way you consider being unhappy is soo depressing. The reason you get this cold that lasts untill april is very simpel. You don't get out much. You never do long walks in the forest or somewhere in a nice envirement. You need fresh air to keep going, but since you consider yourself too weak for doing anything at all, it's not surprising.
Then your happiness; Many people in this world would change lives with you in an instant. You have a nice loving family, you live in a nice, beautiful and developed country, you have three meals a day, and a roof above your head. You look very good, so you wont have to be afraid of ever getting a girlfriend, and you're pretty healty. I have friends in wheelchairs, blind friends or really sick friends from aids and MS, they don't even complain as much as you do, and you only suffer from a cold.
Übereill, I have only one piece of advice for you, get out, live a life and stop complaining. You have everything and more in your life!
I'm not mad at you, but you can't keep complaining like that.
Be happy, you live only once!!
Gal

I hope I didn't step on any toes here, I tried to be as plain and polite as I could be.

The Producer of the Thumbboard is Yondwin, and at Yondwins homepage i cant find a Driver Download.
The Laser Keybord you mean is from Celluon the Laserkey CL800BT.
And a good (after all i read) foldable Keybord is from Thinkoutside. Thinkoutside has a good (after all i read ) Bluetoothmouse for Pocket PCs too.

I can only stress what Gal said. Go out once in a while and go walking, or making bycicle tours ! Get yourself a reason to go out walking ! - Food, magazines, a group of people with the same interests as you have etc. .
