Hmm Drag that has gotta be in Flemish, cause it sure as heck aint Dutch <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

[color:"pink"] "Je krabt met een klein stokje in een grootte leeuw zen gat" [/color]

In Dutch it would be: (at least to my sad recollection)

Jij krabt met een klein stokje in een grote Leeuw zijn gat.

LaFille always a pleasure to see and hear you, you Lady of the woods <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Thanks Mea, the pleasure is sure shared. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

News: I have problems with some teammates. I'm fed up of arguing so I let them do as they want although they don't work well. I'll see if the pleasure of seeing them hit the wall will be worth the drop in the marks... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Dear L_R, as you prolly already found out ... growling at a Jewish Boss don't do anything, better bring him a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup, to which he will prolly reply "Oi vai! what am I sick?"
to which you answer "ermm sorry I thought you had the Flu or something since you are so grouchy, and I figure a bit of Chicken Noodle soup will help! In any case it cant hurt !"

We have here in Germany the funny thing of some days not being holy days throughout the country, but only in some federal states. The first of November, for example is in Nordrhein-Westfalen a holy day, but in Hessen not. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

This is because of rather catholic federal states have them and protestantic states do not. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

We have several of them. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Good News; Saturday is over and done with *phew!*
Bad News; why do all the plebs come out to dinner on a Saturday Night <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Example:
Customer:Excuse me the swordfish is Raw in the middle (it is suppose to be.ed)
can you cook it more for me plz?
Me: Certainly .. but if we cook it more it will become very dry!
Customer: thats ok!
10 minutes later
Me: here you go Sir, your well done Swordfish
2 Minutes later
Customer: Sorry but I cant eat this it is to dry! can I have Chicken instead please!
Me: *Slaps forehead & Groans* put smile on face and says Certainly that will take another 10 minutes or so
Customer: thank you, but please understand that I will never eat here again!

Nevermind that on the menu it says that the swordfish is served Medium Rare <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

I will never work in a restaurant where guests can see the kitchen... at least after the 2nd time they send their food back, you can HELP the chef jump on it, spit on it and pour domestos all over it... fry it a little more, then add some more sauce, send it back and watch as the guest happily eats it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

(i miss working in restaurants!!!!!!)
*mumbles something about needing a new job... hmmm should i try the restaurant thingy again???

good news: its saturday, i didnt work.... i dont care about it....
bad news: havnt been paid yet... which is WHY i didnt work....

Mea, never thought about telling them the fish is supposed to be raw in the middle? Allso think about telling them that very dry means VERY dry. But then again, I spend most of the time in my room playing single-player RPG's, so takeing tips from me when it comes to handeling pepole might be a bit foolish <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" />...

I don't understand it; why didn't the customer drink lots of water to the fish ? I'd do. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

In fact this story sounds kind of sad. Especially considering the wasted fish ... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

I'm on a LAN, and I've beeen up for 21 hours. The LAN is soon over, and if I sleep too much today I'll be toast tomorrow morning when I have to get up for school. Tricky situation, especially since I'm not clear in my head enought to think it through...

Ube fyi I didn't actually say raw, I informed them that the swordfish is suppose to be served Medium Rare, (means the same thing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> ) but it sounds better, aside from that I prefer to be honest with my customers, rather then telling them some sort of schmaltzy lie <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Spick no I did not charge them for the extra meal, because the "word of mouth" advertising is very strong here in Australia, iow it is very easy to loose business by 1 customer telling their friends what a lousy experience they had whom then tell their friends etc etc infinitum.

But it just grates on me that's all <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Working with public really teaches you how to be zen; or how to become a good actor. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> (Well, more keeping working with public. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> )

Good news: I seem to go beyond myself these last two days and I advanced much more than I think I could... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/party.gif" alt="" />

Good news: I survived monday Looking for a new job (i still have the old one... but gonna be
migrating to normal office hours)i almost got paid... (well half of what they owe me)

Bad news: Bad case of the flue its night time and i dont have enough sinu-clear tablets
I feel like my tissues turned into a grator, my head feels as thick as an elephant's [nocando], my eyes are swolen 3* the size my skull can acomodate, my throat is convinced that i had petrol in my coffee, my tummy is tired of having to cope with "toxic sludge" by the cubic litres.... the nasal drops i use is taking revenge, since its NOT opening my sinuses anymore, but clogging it extra tight. etc etc etc.....

I am just the absoluter icon of happiness. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> (and that dot on the smiley, is NOT the mouth... its my NOSE <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" />

thank heavens for unlimited supplies of enchinacea plants... so i am having holy-tea the whole day everyday till i feel better <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />

now who had a better day?????

Edit:

I just discovered that any bad words get removed automatically... i like.... (it only took me a year to figure this out, since i normally avoid using those words in writing....

@Lady_Rain
You'll have to rely on the universal flu remedy... Chicken soup. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />
*I'm hungry*

Good news: we had a gorgeous thunderstorm here last night
Bad news: this morning, one of our medium-sized trees was broken in two <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />
