the tonsil spray is temporary, not painful, and not traumatic... and it gives about 2 blocks of houses peaceful sleep.... i in anycase phoned the SPCA (animal anti cruelty) and reported the dogs, which are CHAINED up with no food. They will come fetch the dogs sometime during today and prosecute the owners, who are not currently home....
