Well, tree days ago (Thursday) I finnished my projectwork. And today I chose what universityprograms to search for. That's two big weights from my heart. And it's easterholidays. And spring is on it's way (even though today seems more like autumn ), the snow is disappearing finally . Does all this make me happy? Nah .

Edit: I mentioned that I've turnd in my universityaplications for my father, I said what I aplicated for, and he started complaining that computergameengineering is too slim (not that I give a damn about what he thinks about that ).

Hmmm been a while since I posted my remains

I've been, working, playing handball, electric guitar, alcohol addict (j/k).

Yesterday I've recruited my first personell. Did the interview and whole lot. It was easy I knew the guy from my studying days, he's fit for the job and avaible. Why not give a mate a chance if he proves to be worthy...

Last wednesday I bought my new guitar, been waiting on it for almost a month, special order you know. Here's a piccie. (it's not mine but the exact same guitar & configuration.) An Paul Reed Smith - Tremonti Student Edition (the real one costs 4 times as much :o) and replaced the pickups with the real signatured Tremonti Bass and Treble pickup. Marc Tremonti was the guitarist from Creed, very good band. And now the guitarist of the even much better band Alter Bridge. His sound is awsome, one the best I've ever heard. And now my sound is getting close to it (almost same guitar, big difference he blasts his guitar trough a prolly very expenisive top shelf Meesa Boogie where I own a 100 Watt Peavy 'practice' amp (100W isn't really practice anymore...)

*** EDIT ***
Some picture I've taken of it just now

The effects-rack: Boss ME-50 is a multi-effect board, it's basicly a lot of boss effect pedals in one.

very nice noise-device drag

Let me post what's LEFT of my remains

I am dead tired... worked my little (_x_) off today... Moved my room around, including this bleeping puter, fixed lights, moved power cables so no-one can fall over them... thiefed some flowers... which grows next to our roads

[Linked Image]

and other than this, i still delivered computers, fixed them, built 3 of them, and ran around to the supliers...... bathed the dogs (still have the battle-scars)

all in all, its now BED-TIME...

tomorrow... i need to re-design the web page... as well as impliment plugins for it.
tomorrow... i need to finalise all the stationary, so it can go to the printers, as well as the pamphlets and brochures...
tomorrow... i need to mow the lawn (1600 msquared) and plant my winter plants....
tomorrow... i need to re arrange the guest room, cast a beautification spell on it...
tomorrow... i need to move the monkey-cage and install all the electrical fittings for it.
tomorrow... i need to get a battery for my watch, since i seem to be running out of time

@Dragh
Great looking git.

@L_R
Surely you'll be up to go through it all, as usual.

Good news: just finished an exam rush, now I'm off for the rest of the week and head towards one that is supposed to be very quiet.
Bad news: aftter that, back into exams & session works...
Good news: we're not there yet

heheheh the little furry devil, that went about biting my ears again last night when i fell aswleep. thanks for all the votes of confidence... i will post a link to the stationary and web soon... so i can get some international critisism.... i just hope that our friend the critic (who went so anti-poems on us) dont peek in .... its PMS time... its better for him not to peek in and give mindless critisism.... (and naaaahhhh its not a warning to the rest of you constructive critisizers on the forum )

my tummy feels funny

@ LaFille

Hope it went well with the exams..... hope you LOVE the rest, and good luck for the next round of exams

Now... my new webbie is comming along fairly well... i still have lots to do, but the base of everything is done... now its just changing info and filling in the blanks.

I also finished my business cards, and stationary....

Business card back
Business card front

the rest of the stationary have the same basic layout... so not gonna paste them...

the webbie is A Friend of Mine I.T.

any constructive critisism welcome.... (NOT the mindless critisism of "you dont know what you doing, go away".. I already KNOW that)

Looks nice. Do you hire people ?

There's only two things :

- Well I guess everybody knows what's "I.T.", but I think you should expand it at least once somewhere - just for the customers unfamiliar with I.T.

- I think this sentence is a bit too long. Could you make it into two sentences, maybe ? And try not to use "poor" twice ?

Quote
A Friend of Mine I.T. is duty bound to eradicate poor services providers which damage the I.T. Support industry’s market through gross neglect and poor business ethics.

Apart from that, the sentence is quite good, imho

if I may give some pointers:
- bussiness card: less is more, there's just to much on it
- more card: that font used is horrible, it's somewhere in between playfull and just standard, a more "tech" looking font would suit it better.

There are better tools than Frontpage to make sites, honestly I always fringe when I see a site made in frontpage. You'll be better of using a CMS tool if you really don't want to spend much time in it.

remember poeple DO judge a book by it's cover, they DO judge poeple by the shoes they wear. It's how the world unfortunatly works. I have experience in this, It's my job to make web-applications and sites that will perform. Read about SEO (search engine optimalisation), as beeing found easely on google will increase you business! that's how we boosted a heavy duty machine rental company from 1 client a week to 2 each day.

okies, looking into these... changes.... (yea some of them will be done in a few minutes... others will take days of research)

@ Drag

Ok... what i know of web-design is DANGEROUS..... absolutely VOLATILE and COMPLETELY dependent on WYSIWYG... for now, i will just complete the site as it is... but dont worry, your advice has NOT gone past me... i will do my homework over the weekend, and as i start understanding things, i will change over to a more professional web page. maybe even with a few more hints from your side.

Drop that background. Seing the text is a bit difficult with it, unfortunantelly. That's all I noticed after a quick peek on the site. And since pepole like me probablly will be your customers (lonely Swedish students the whole bunch of them ), a first impression like that will probablly not gain you...
