One handy hint (to catch those difficult customers....)
Paint the picture for them.... let them immagine using it (whatever you will be selling)... make them mentally SEE how much better it will make life...
The moment you make them see themselves with it... it becomes very hard to say no...

Next hint; always make sure what "the wife" wants first !!! colour, shape, size whatever !
