Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Technical Problems Cutscene problem?

Hi, guys.

I think I'm having cutscene problem much like this one here. I have gathered all the council members and when the ritual is performed, I arrive in a black screen. I don't see anything, but the game behaves exactly as described in the link above - can't save, can do anything to make the game start. It's frozen, though obviously still running.

Please, help - it's really frustrating to be stuck so close to divinity:)

P.S. Ops, almost forgot to mention - I'm running the 1.34 version of the game. I think it's the latest.

Insert the play CD and try it again. No-CD hacks can not handle the cutscene video played during the blessing ceremony. The final cutscene at the end of the game also requires the play CD.
