OK, I went to see Finnigan and he asked me to get his magic lock picks and I did and they where In the Commanders desk, but when I give them to Finnigan there not in his invetory. I can't pick pocket them from him cause there not there and I don't have them anymore either. I checked the commanders desk again and there not there either?? Whats the deal?
