Gal, that's exactly what terrorism is about, to strike fear into the crowd and shake it all up, they don't want ppl to die they want to put down the western economy, and religion. If we get scared, not go to work they have succeeded in their mission, the crash after 9/11 is what they intended, WORLD TRADE CENTER, what better place to strike to shake up the world economy.
I'm going and I'm not fearing an attack, extremists are everywhere, next bomb could blow in Paris, Brussels, Rotterdam.... you name it, place that globally matter, you can't avoid the terrorist threat.
Why do extremists such things? the promise of heaven, the promise of wealth for the family... take those down and you'll stop terrorism, no-one blows himself up if nobody gains anything out of it. The families should pay for what damage, suffering is caused because they profit most from it.
If this sounds harsh, the world is a harsh place, no terrorist will stop me from doing things I like, working or whatever. The chance I get blown up is neglectable, even going to London. I'm not that unlucky.
