I found the hatch in Leptine's shop and I cant get through the door at the south of the basement. I have lockpick 5 and I still cant unlock that door. Where can I get the key for this? or is there a lever or something to unlock it? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

No there is no key for this door.
You have to ask for the special treatment to the keeper of this place. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

You mean the guy near the bar? I have but none of the options trigerred fot him to unlock the door though. Do I have to tell him I'd like male company?

You'll need to hear about the place from some local gossips ( <span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'> three women near Corinna's house, south of the park </span>), who will mention how to get an invitation. Do that first, and then speak to Leptine.

Maybe you don't have the option for the special treatment if you did not have made the quest about Penumbra in the thieve's guild.

I dont have to? oh good, the though to me is just nasty. Yes I have saved Penumbra and even summoned the deamon. And of course it follows that I have seen the 3 women talking near Corinna's house. But I dont remember about the invitation thing though. What about the invitation? how do I get it?

Afrasam? I did talk to that dude yeah. I didnt see the option about Magdalena or Yaniz, but I'll check it out again though. I assume that that option appears after hearing the three women.

I don't understand.
You have been in the cellar. You have already spend a night with one of the ladies.
I don't see what's going wrong. The keeper should talk to you about the special treatment.
Have you talked to all the customers in the place ?

Try to go back to the Ducal Inn and talk to the 2 men who are "looking for fun".
And then talk to Aphrasam.

If there are other customers other than those two guys, the three women, and Afrasam then no I haven't talked to all of them.

If you've rescued Penumbra, Jacob should mention the "special treatment", and then you should be able to ask Kherondar (the barman) about it.

Haha, guys I got it. It was halarious. My health went down a lot and stamina started to go down for a bit. I assume that the poor wisard's heart was beating like crazy lol. I can just imagine the innocent nerd running around while that sweet little brat would be cornering him, and then start the lova touchies while giggleing like a little girl <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif" alt="" />. Then pegging him where she ought to and getting down to business. Thanks it was worth the trouble.
