Ok, facts lesson concerning this subject:
1. The hot coffee minigame is not accessible without a hack or cheat device. It was not meant to be played.
2. The original hot coffee minigame has no nudity - the clothing was removed for the PC version by the person making the PC version patch.
3. Leaving unused levels and content, unaccessible by normal means has been common practice in videogames since the beginning.
4. The videogame industry is not a kid's business anymore.
My question is, why didn't Rockstar just remove the content instead of hiding it? Were they underestimating hackers or just lazy?
Every program something as massive as a sophisticated game. Removing a chunk of code can cause this huge cascade of problems. It's easier to just null the code then remove it.
