Strangely enough some of the best Chef's (meaning qualified Cooks, not managers as in the euro term) are English <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> True they use the Classic French bases for their cooking ... but then again if you don't have a French Base for cooking what have you got ??? Italian cuisine that's what <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
