That would be a poison Raanaar club, IIRC. I found one as well.
The
Beyond Divinity Strategy Guide contains an image of what a Raanaar club should look like. Have you installed the latest
patch? I started act 4 under v1.45 and don't recall if that was suppose to be fixed in v1.47 (don't think so, though).
