a DWORD-Value called "ClearRecentDocsOnExit" and add the value "1".

Restart your PC and the run-entries should go away <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

This entry also clear the lists-entries from "Documents" and "URL-History".
