Alright, only two more tonight.

I've a bunch to do, but I'll stretch it out.

1. Velocity by Dean Koontz
First read day: September 1st, 2006.
Last read day: September 5th, 2006.
Read Time: 4 days of reading for a 400 paged book.
Read Speed: 100 pages per day.

This is another great Dean Koontz book, but different than the other ones I've read because it doesn't include a supernatural influence/effect/tingymagiggie . Actually, as the cover of the book will tell you, its about 'someone' making a man choose between two choices in many horrible decisions. Its actually really cool and sinister. For example, here's whats on the cover:
If you don't take this note to the police and get them involved, I will kill a lovely blond schoolteacher somewhere in Napa County.
If you do take this note to the police, I will instead kill an elderly woman active in charity work.
You have six hours to decide. The choice is yours.
Just your friendly neighbourhood psycopath exchanging letters. A must read for those thriller fans.

2. Half-Moon Investigations by Eoin Colfer
First read day: September 6th, 2006.
Last read day: September 7th, 2006.
Read Time: 2 days of reading for a 290 paged book.
Read Speed: 145 pages per day.

I really like this author, but this was not my favorite of his works. BUT it IS still good. The thing is, I'm used to his vurry interesting science-fiction/fantasy work (which is all awsome). Also, this book felt like it was for a younger audience. NEVERTHELESS I enjoyed it greatly; do not let the idea of its target audience deviate you from reading it; its still some fun. Its basically about a kid who's the unofficial 'detective' of his school because he can always solve the mysteries going on... (deep scary announcer voice) But now, he is pulled into an investigation and, cought in he middle, he finds his life and reputation on the line!

Thats all for now, folks.

Killerzzz

Those penguins will take over the world!
