I have armor giving me a +1 for Repair. I also have a skill point allocated to Repair. Immediately after equipping the armor I have a rank of Repair 2.

The problem is that after I load a save, I have only a rank of Repair 1. It seems that the Repair +1 bonus of the armor does not save and load. I can unequip and re-equip the armor to get back the Repair 2, but because my armor has mana and vitality bonuses I lose those bonuses when I unequip.

I am confident I can survive with Repair 1, but if someone knows a quick and easy fix for this minor problem I would like to learn of it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

That's strange... I don't know of any fix, other than re-equipping the armour. You could try using iZakaroN's SaveEditor (or from Kiya's site, with description) to remove the skill point you put into Repair, and see if the level from the armour bonus shows up properly after the save is loaded.

A fix would be best, but you really only need level 1 of Repair for the equipment you are using, since there are no penalties for doing your own repairs. I stored equipment with less than full durability, and once I had Repair to level 5 (including 2 rings with a Repair bonus) I would batch repair stuff to sell for the maximum amount (not that there is any shortage of gold in the game). Before that, I had plenty of broken stuff and equipment with full durability to trade with.

I'm not going to worry about it. The armor is only of medium quality, and I'll probably find something better. Then I can unequip it, keep it in my cache, and use it just for repair.
