I think you can get those dialogoptions with a high wisdom too. And apart from those dialogeoptions int does nothing to a warrior. Wisdom gives savethrows (IIRC) and gives extra experience, so wisdom is more usefull.

As with Cha, Int is only useful to a warrior at certain points in the game.
