And for fears like arachnofobia, feelings someone's presence when either going home or staying in it etc. You will have to face it, to deal with it step by step, with small victories, you will finally win.

Yeah, its a lot about training and self control, conciousness. We can get rid of a lot of reflexes and instincts like that; even increase a lot our endurance to pain. One interesting experience is when it's itching somewhere; when we focus on the senstion, concentrate in understanding, defining it (stopping to think about getting rid of it by scratching), it stops to be bothersome (even after we stopped to concentrate on it!). The same thing works with pain too (but personally, if I see the injury, it most always fails; so I have to avoid seeing it ).

OCDs... The girl has some; mostly post traumatic ones.
That comes from a period where I was hospitalized. The most particular is about morning time: I do NOT want to take any phonecall neither recieve any people before at least a couple hours after waking up. I also developped an allergy to extroverted people and to the question "How are you?" in the morning (before I finished my coffee, I don't go fine or wrong yet; it's at that point that it's deciding). In hospitals, too much people don't bother themselves with some aspects of respect that we take for granted in everyday life; not announcing themselves before entering our private space, coming at any time no matter what you're doing and how/if you're dressed (and there is a LOT of people passing by, night and day as well), etc... Another one is a bit similar to Spick's; except that for me it's about toilets. It's unbelievable how much some hospital personnel don't bother about getting rid of people's "fluids"... For me a toilet has to be clean & clear when I leave it; I'll flush & wash as long as it'll be stained or messy. People letting dirty toilets make me angry and I hate toilets with quite no pressure when we flush them... I think it's a bit like people who starved during some long period of time and are getting mad about spoiling food; some are even not able to go to restaurants because of that.
These are the biggest ones, I think; I'm slowly getting less sensible to it though.
